1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Optional: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 499]).

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to check the live status of your delivery through our courier partner's portal.

4. Delivery Address & Non-Delivery

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it out a second time.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery/scheduled delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide photographic evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or refund immediately.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
