Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don't go perfectly, our return and refund policy is simple, straightforward, and customer-friendly.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

There are no restocking fees whatsoever.

To start a return, please contact us at [rushikeshrs9021@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned. Items belonging to our [Insert Name of the Non-Returnable Collection, e.g., Clearance / Special Edition / Underwear] collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
